My name is William Standley, and I am the Founder and Director of Hyperlight. For over half a decade I have run a successful and dynamic small business. From humble beginnings with no clients I managed to build a client base that provided positive economic growth and enabled me to sell at profit and pass my success onto a new Entrepreneur. But this was not an easy task: Operating while maintaining the administrative side of small business ownership is time consuming and all too often takes precedence over promotional considerations such as social media and digital content. On the other hand, the costs involved with outside help are often times inaccessible in the tight budget most small and medium business operators are tied to.

So what’s the solution?

For me, it was getting family and friends, and even other small business operators to help with posts and endorsements. This filled the void, but the results were less than ideal: Inconsistent brand voice, mixed messages and sub-optimal release times meant the digital component of my business was static and not working to bring interest engagement or business. Now with the insights I have gained from the marketing and PR industry I can see the ways in which I could have taken my digital presence from administrative nightmare to second salesperson. Hyperlight is my way of bringing those solutions to your small or medium business.
